OLIVER’s CBD products can be shipped to both the UK and most of Europe. The latest techniques and services ensure that your package arrives safely, securely and in a timely manner. All Oliver’’s products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packages.

All of our products are sent directly from The UK via DHL, GLS (in Europe) or by the UK Post Office.. After receiving the payment confirmation the customer will also receive a tracking code to track the package while it is in transit – ensuring total control.

Where’s my order?

If you have received your dispatch email, then your order is on the way. Your courier will then directly email you a tracking reference and delivery update. Please remember to check your junk email folder

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours, unless ordered for next day delivery.

When will I receive my order, and who will deliver it?

What are the delivery lead-times?

Free UK Mainland Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays

Free UK Mainland Standard Delivery for larger items takes 7-10 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays

£1.99 Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday – Thursday before 1pm*

Why did I receive one item but not the other item(s) I ordered?

We choose the fastest courier for your item(s) depending on the size and weight of each item so orders are shipped separately

I am trying to have my order shipped with Next Day delivery but the option is not available.  Why?

There can be number of reasons why this option may not be available, including the size and weight of the item you want to purchase. Some large items our courier partners are not able to deliver on a next day service.

Some locations such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are excluded from our next day service

DHD (Direct Home Delivery) items are not available on a Next Day service as these are dispatched directly from our suppliers.

How much is delivery?

UK Mainland 

The good news is, delivery is free for orders of  £30 or over.  Free next day delivery is available for orders over £50.

If your order is under £30, a small delivery fee will be charged in line with our postage charges:

Highlands and Offshore UK

For items being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, our courier charges additional rates:

Please note: Some countries have import taxes, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. Any duty, import, or general taxes or fees for sending our products to an international country will be passed to the consumer.

If you’d like us to ship to any other country, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to get your delivery to you.

For UK Mainland, if you order before 3pm, the great news is you should receive your items the next day.

For Offshore UK (including Scottish Highlands), items ordered before 3pm will take 2 working days to be delivered.

International deliveries usually take between 3-5 working days.

All other items

All other items are ordered before 5pm Monday – Saturday are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail post, which means deliveries can take up to 2 working days.

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact info@oliverscbd.com within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Oliver;s.
