By making a purchase on our website you “the customer” are demonstrating a clear understanding that the products we sell all contain CBD (Cannabidiol) which comes from the hemp plant. Here at Oliver’s CBD we practice transparent and fair trading, where we promise to provide a fair Returns and Replacements Policy which ensures customer satisfaction for every purchase.
Our Returns Process
- Prior to returning an item, you “the customer” must contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of the issue.
- We will email you a “Returns Form”, which you must fill in and send in with the returned/rejected item.
- Please be sure to send your items back inside a box, if items are returned crushed in small packages we will not be able to issue a refund.
- As soon as we receive both the item and the returns form, our team will contact you within 5 working days with a resolution.
Please Note: Any item returned without a returns form will most likely result in a delay of the resolution.

Change your mind
In accordance with current consumer goods regulations, you “the customer” are entitled to change your mind within 7 working days of the delivery date. You will receive a full refund to the value of the original purchase price if the goods are received by us ‘the seller” in their original packaging and all seals are fully intact and unopened.
All returns should be sent by recorded delivery and subsequent shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
We work very quickly to process your order, so unfortunately this means the order can’t be amended or cancelled once you have placed it. This also includes swapping items, and changing address or payment method. You can always use our “Change your Mind” option in accordance with the consumer goods regulations.
If you do decide to refuse delivery of your order, or do not collect your item from the pick up location, we will issue a refund once the parcel has been returned to our fulfilment centre. We are charged a £10 fee by our carriers to return the item, therefore this amount will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Whilst every care is put into ensuring our products are packaged protectively and a quality assurance check is completed before transit. If the item you purchased is found to be faulty or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com
We will try to resolve your problem to your satisfaction in line with our returns policy and we will advise you of the next steps and your goods may be eligible for replacement or refund. You “the customer” are responsible for any damages caused to the items in return transit by insufficient packaging. We would therefor advise that you take photographs of your return items before sending it/them back to us.

When your item is dispatched, it will be done so via a reputable delivery company and will require a signature upon receipt. We will also inform you via message or electronically the delivery details when dispatched. If you think an item may be missing, we first recommend that you check all corners of the box as some of our products are small and often the items are found in the box or packaging.
For any orders containing error and/or shortages you must notify us within 3 days of receipt.
If your delivery is not received by your expected date please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate it further. You must inform us within 14 days from the date of your dispatched order for us to consider it missing.
- Ensure products are in original packaging.
- Pack items safely and securely with Returns Form fully filled in, including order number or original packing slip.
- All returns must be registered post and sent within 7 days of receipt.
- We recommend using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, DHL, UPS or Parcel Force.
